30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return(Customized items not included).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind or other non-product issues, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. 

To start a return, you can contact us at service@homeyfad.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you to return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us evaluate the issue quickly and accurately, please provide the following documentation:

Required Photos for Damage Claims:
1. Clear photo of the entire package, including the shipping label
2. Photo showing any visible damage to the outer box (if no outer damage is visible, please provide a clear photo of the intact package)
3. Photo showing any damaged items inside the package (if no internal damage, please provide clear photos of all contents)

Please send these photos along with your order number to service@homeyfad.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
