Refund Policy
At Homeyfad, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Every product undergoes a quality check before shipping. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may sometimes be necessary. For issues not mentioned, email service@homeyfad.com with an explanation and photos.
Cancellation Policy
Before Payment:
● Log into your account and go to "My Orders."
● Select the order number you wish to cancel.
● Click “Cancel this order” and confirm.
After Payment:
● Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. Please note that if the cancellation is made due to a change of mind more than 24 hours after placing the order, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
● Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
● After cancellation, refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. A notification email will be sent once the refund is processed.
How many days get the refund money?
There are 2 situations. Usually, it will take in 7 days if orders are canceled before shipping. If shipped, we'll refund it after receiving the return items. The refund will be made to the original payment account.
Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.
